Hi Everyone,
I, Michael Lettman, would like to share how my project known as "Living with Autism by Michael Lettman" had first begun.
It all started back during my final school year in 2016, when I was a student of P373K and worked at a childcare center by their student volunteer program!
My good teacher known as Ms. Heather Lifland had explained to me about how I'm aware that I have autism & I can talk about it, which makes sense a little since I have high-functioning autism + she believes I can articulate what it is like having autism. Some autistic people may not know that they have autism & can't talk about it.
So Ms. Heather Lifland believes that I should start a project on autism to (just like in my bio) help & explain autism from my very own perspective. So that non-autistic people can cope a little better with autistic people, + try to help out with the autism community being a little more happier with their lives.
So after I've decided to try it out, I've begun making videos on topics involving autism with some help from others like Ms. Heather Lifland, all the way to my Graduation (via "My Final Goodbye to P373k"). After having to say goodbye to all the help I've had with my project (because I've graduated), I eventually continued all the way with having a project on autism to learn a bit more about people with autism so that I can try to obtain Great Happiness for the Autistic Community.
From my Perspective
I would like to explain a bit from my own perspective about 2 different kinds of people out there in our very own world: Those who are great at doing research on autism along with having very successful lives & those who are trying to do research on autism the best they can along with having regular lives (like myself). So I would have to call myself a plain old amateur trying his best to do some research for his project, but I'll hope my project will open up some doors & ways for others so the Non-Autistic Community will understand more about the Autistic Community, which can lead to all of us living in Great Happiness here on our Planet Earth.
I'm sorry to say this but I'm afraid that I might not have much confidence in my project since I may need to find some help or ways to make my project better & better for everyone to enjoy or learn from in order to help the Autistic Community live in Great Happiness. Although it might be nice to become a successful autistic person but I'm thinking that someone like me might not deserve to become one since I have a long way to go to as a plain old amateur to figure out how to make my project more helpful to everyone. Sometimes it can be a little hard to find anyone who won't mind assisting in my project, which would be nice. If there was anyone who wouldn't mind joining in my project for the Autistic Community then I'd be happy to hear what they would like to say about joining in a quest for helping many people with autism becoming more understandable to everyone.
This was the very 1st video that started things off with "Living with Autism by Michael Lettman", Please Enjoy!
Praise Heather Lifland (April 2024): Never EVER expected to be awoken very early to be requested into coming by my old high school (P373K) to receive unbelievable news about the official passing of my beloved former high school teacher, Ms. Heather Lifland. Which is why I immediately had to do a tribute video for her & vow to do more with the project ("Living with Autism by Michael Lettman") that she motivated me to start in the 1st place.
