PS12: A Lot to Learn in Hammerlocke!
PS12's Documented "Plot"
Arriving at the pathway/doorway into Hammerlocke, Michael came across Bede who revealed to had defeated Hop in their battle, which Michael was a little shocked to hear. As Bede proceeded into Hammerlocke, not only Michael can't imagine how Hop is feeling but the young Gym Challenger is getting more frustrated with Bede after all his scoffing to his own friend/rival.
As Michael arrived in Hammerlocke (& was amazed by its sights), he noticed Bede having a meeting with Chairman Rose & Oleana. From what he heard (despite still frustrated on what happened with Hop), Michael did get more curious about Bede's intentions for Chairman Rose, which includes aiming to defeat Champion Leon.
As Bede departed with Oleana, Chairman Rose noticed Michael who got informed about a little detail on Wishing Stars. After they headed inside Hammerlocke Stadium, Chairman Rose showed Michael his tablet, that easily describes how Galar gets its energy, which the young Gym Challenger finds really fascinating. Afterwards, Chairman Rose must depart but not before informing Michael to head for Hammerlocke's vault.
As Michael decides to do a little sightseeing first, a young boy learning how he close Michael & Drizzile were led to them happily earning a Best Friends ribbon. Michael also came across a young girl named Paula who asks if Michael could deliver an old letter to a friend of hers in Ballonlea, which he didn't mind doing so (at some point).
After running into Champion Leon who asked what happened with Hop, Michael sadly informed him about his loss to Bede. Champion Leon can understand since even after going through a loss, you've gotta get yourself back up there as the Galar Champion believes Hop can become a great trainer, which Michael definitely agrees with. Afterwards, Champion Leon must depart but not before informing Michael about his greatest rival, the Hammerlocke Gym Leader (who's currently at Hammerlocke's vault).
As Michael arrived to the vault, he meets the Hammerlocke Gym Leader himself, Raihan (his game counterpart). After Raihan showed Michael the stairway, he proceeded upwards & met up with Sonia who's been researching the treasured tapestries of a past kingdom created in Galar, which the young Gym Challenger got amazed by.
As both Michael & Sonia got curious about the Darkest Day, they also wonder if there were 1 or 2 heroes as well as where were the sword & shield mentioned in Galar's history.
Afterwards, Michael must depart but not before Raihan informed him of the next step to head for Stow-on-Side from Route 6 + reminding Michael to require 7 badges to be worthy in facing him at Hammerlocke Stadium, which led to the young Gym Challenger asking Raihan to wait for him by the time he's ready.
As Michael decides to have a little look at Route 6, he came across Team Yell who're "defending" a sleeping Silicobra & even though they allowed a madame to pass by, they refuse Michael to do so (even though he wasn't ready to go on the route). Hop shows up & was looking a little down (after his battle with Bede), which Michael sadly expected he'd see on his friend/rival. Since Team Yell attempts to send both Gym Challengers packing, Hop suggests to battle them, which Michael accepted as he managed to defeat both Team Yell grunts who then ran off. Afterwards, the 2 young Gym Challengers had a chat about Hop's loss to Bede. From what Hop said, Michael agrees with him about accepting losses since it always whether you'd win or lose in battles, however Michael can't accept Bede's scoffing, which Hop can't get off of his mind. Both Michael & Hop agrees that Leon is the undefeated Galar Champion but Hop needs some time to figure things out as he departed into Route 6, which Silicobra also does after it woke up.
Michael apparently meets Opal (her game counterpart) who informs him that she'll like to see what Michael can bring out (after taken an interest in him) as she also departed.
After recovering his Pokemon at the Pokemon Center, Michael allowed a Cafe Worker to reveal a few past memories from Drizzile & Toxel. Learning how Toxel felt jealous around his birthday & Drizzile felt overwhelmed with emotion when they were in the Wild Area, led to Michael apologizing to both of them. However, Michael must give a 2nd apology after he confirms to be ready for some training on the Isle of Armor. Michael made a promise to Drizzile & Toxel that they'll be back from when he arrives in Stow-on-Side as the young Gym Challenger is all set to take a pause from his own Gym Challenge.
