UM45's Documentation ("Plot")

With training and final preparations completed, Michael strolled up the path to the Pokemon League when his Rotom Dex noticed a photo spot for their Poke Finder, which the young trial-goer didn’t mind taking a quick detour to and took a lot of photos but only saved up 3 good photos of a Glalie, an Absol, and a Vanillish, which all resulted in good commentary and reaching 100,000 thumbs-up thus the Poke Finder was updated to its Ver. 4, Michael’s Rotom Dex was blinded by its companion’s achieving brilliance. Proceeding up the path, Michael reached the Pokemon League where the game counterpart of Professor Kukui was waiting who greeted the young trial-goer and congratulated him for making it through the trials and grand trials of the island challenge, which Michael gave his thanks about.

Professor Kukui’s game counterpart began to recall when Michael chose his first Pokemon back on Route 1 (way back during UM01) then focused on the one thing left for Michael to do; taking on the Pokemon League, even Michael agrees that this is where the real fun starts. Professor Kukui’s game counterpart began to explain how Mount Lanakila is where trial-goers always finished up with the island challenge thus it was a great honor to build a Pokemon League as high into the heavens as they could get from Alola’s highest peak to show their respect to Alola’s Legendary Pokemon, which Michael can definitely understand since he recalls (back during UM23) that Mount Lanakila is a sacred spot to Alola’s Legendary Pokemon so the Pokemon League can be like an important dedication to all of Alola. Professor Kukui’s game counterpart still remembers how he went all the way to Indigo Plateau, which fascinated Michael upon hearing Professor Kukui’s game counterpart went right at Kanto’s Elite 4 at their Pokemon League HQ. From hearing Professor Kukui’s game counterpart had remembered, Michael became impressed in how he took on the challenge of the region where the young trial-goer is originally from + hearing how much he and his team went through from battling Kanto’s Gym Leaders made Michael ponder about what might lie ahead of him and his team in the Pokemon League of the region that the young trial-goer is now living in. Professor Kukui’s game counterpart informs Michael to be good and ready before heading inside as he then steps inside the Pokemon League himself to wait for the young trial-goer who noticed his PokeBall is shaking wildly leading to Incineroar popping out.

Looking back at his first partner, the first Pokemon he ever chose in his adventure, Michael is reminded of how far he had come. The young trial-goer is now looking forward to finishing his island challenge as a champion alongside his 6 chosen Pokemon friends (which includes his first partner of course). As Michael and Incineroar both proudly looked upon the Pokemon League, Michael’s Rotom Dex proudly asked its companion is he ready but apparently, Michael replied that he’s actually kinda nervous, which led to his Rotom Dex commented it believes in its companion and that he and his Pokemon are the best, which made the young trial-goer feel good. After a quick Roto Loto, Michael made sure to recheck on everything to be ready for the Pokemon League, that’s when he had decided to bring out his Poipole and allowed it to consume 1 Rare Candy to be elevated up a level thus to Michael’s attention, Poipole evolved into (according to his Rotom Dex) Naganadel and also learned Air Cutter. Michael became highly impressed with his newly-evolved Naganadel who is now partly a Dragon-Type and happily accepted how giving 1 final Rare Candy for one of his 6 chosen Pokemon friends was an excellent final preparation for the Pokemon League. As for Michael’s Rotom Dex, it congratulated its companion on Poipole’s evolution and suggested that occasion calls for some awesome photos, which the young trial-goer definitely agreed with as lots of good photos with the 6 chosen Pokemon friends for the Pokemon League have been taken.

After another quick Roto Loto, Michael spoke to his 6 chosen Pokemon friends about their upcoming battling in the Pokemon League as the young trial-goer believes in his team and hopes that his bond with his team can help guide them all to the top as they’re all filled with determination in aiming for the Alolan Championship. With everyone raring to go, Michael stepped into the Pokemon League with his 6 chosen Pokemon friends on hand, Incineroar, Toucannon, Lycanroc, Naganadel, Pikachu, and even Necrozma. Inside the Pokemon League, Michael meets up with Professor Kukui’s game counterpart and confirms that he’s ready to go. Professor Kukui’s game counterpart began to explain about the Pokemon League’s Elite 4, which the young trial-goer is well aware of from where he’s originally from. Michael has been informed about 4 trainers lined up for Alola’s Pokemon League which he must take on in 5-on-5 battles until he wins his way past every last one of them or until he loses + he won’t be allowed to leave until either one, which all sounded tough to the young trial-goer but Professor Kukui’s game counterpart commented on Michael being a great trainer in his own right + he’s got Incineroar on his side, which the young trial-goer understood. Professor Kukui’s game counterpart expects Michael to show him some intense moves and real heart-stopping battles in the Pokemon League, which the young trial-goer replies that he shall give it his all with full power alongside his team and thus Michael’s Pokemon League challenge has begun. In the first chosen room, Michael meets his first opponent to face in the Pokemon League; the unknown person whom he met at Ten Carat Hill (way back during UM09). The unknown person introduced herself as the game counterpart of Kahili who was happy to hear that Michael had been using the Flying-Type Z-Move: Supersonic Skystrike so well with some of his Flying-Type Pokemon friends. Michael was impressed to learn that Kahili’s game counterpart was an island challenge champion just like him and how she had been traveling a lot to improve her skill as both a trainer and a golfer. Both trainers got ready as the young trial-goer began his battle against the Flying-Type Specialist of Alola’s Elite 4: The game counterpart of Kahili. At the end of the battle, The young trial-goer emerged victorious in a 5-0 victory against Kahili’s game counterpart’s Braviary, Mandibuzz, Hawlucha, Toucannon, Balie-Style Oricorio + Michael’s newly-evolved Naganadel had done so well in defeating Braviary at the end by using the Flying-Type Z-Move: Supersonic Skystrike. After a quick Pokemon Refresh activity, Kahili’s game counterpart congratulated the young trial-goer on his win then commented how annoyed she was at first when Professor Kukui’s game counterpart kept asking her to join the League’s Elite 4 but she was glad she did especially when she heard about a Pokemon League being made in her own region, which made her flew back to serve Alola, Michael can also accept in someone like Kahili’s game counterpart being an Elite 4 member since she had done the island challenge in her past and she’s an expert with Flying-Type Pokemon, which he got to experience in their battle, Kahili’s game counterpart and Michael thanked each other for a full-power battle as the young trial-goer proceeded out. In the second chosen room, Michael meets his second opponent to face in the Pokemon League; the game counterpart of Acerola, who explained maybe her uncle couldn’t refuse a tapu choosing him to serve as a kahuna but he’d be darned if he had to serve as an Elite 4 member just because some guy asked him to, so she’ll try to battle hard enough to make for his not being in the League but Michael can understand especially since after taking on her complicated trial (during UM26), he believes that Acerola’s game counterpart shall be a tough opponent for him to face, which left her kindly honored. Both trainers got ready as the young trial-goer began his battle against the Ghost-Type Specialist of Alola’s Elite 4: The game counterpart of Acerola. At the end of the battle, the young trial-goer emerged victorious in a 5-0 victory against Acerola’s game counterpart’s Banette, Froslass, Dhelmise, Palossand, Drifblim + Michael’s Pikachu had done so well in defeating Drifblim at the end by using the Electric-Type Z-Move: Gigavolt Havoc (for the first time ever). After a quick Pokemon Refresh activity, Acerola’s game counterpart congratulated the young trial-goer on his win then commented on there goes her hopes in defeating her opponent to smithereens and becoming champion herself but she and her opponent still thanked each other for a full-power battle as the young trial-goer proceeded out. In the third chosen room, Michael meets his third opponent to face in the Pokemon League; the game counterpart of Akala Island’s Kahuna Olivia, which Michael was impressed in seeing the kahuna he faced in his island challenge’s 2nd grand trial as an Elite 4 member in the League. Both trainers got ready as the young trial-goer began his battle against the Rock-Type Specialist of Alola’s Elite 4: The game counterpart of Kahuna Olivia. At the end of the battle, the young trial-goer emerged victorious after a very tough battle against Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart’s Armaldo, Probopass, Lycanroc, Gigalith, Cradily + Michael’s Lycanroc had done so well in defeating Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart’s Lycanroc (for the 2nd time) at the end by using its exclusive Z-Move: Splintered Stormshards. After a quick Pokemon Refresh activity, Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart congratulated the young trial-goer on his win then commented on not seeing the same look in the young trial-goer since they last saw each other and wondered if Michael had made memories that he’ll carry with him in his heart forever, the young trial-goer happily replied with a yes and commented part of his memories was seeing the full power of a Rock-Type Specialist for the first time during the Akala Island Grand Trial (way back during UM20), which left Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart feeling proud, Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart and Michael thanked each other for a full-power battle as the young trial-goer proceeded out. In the fourth and final chosen room, Michael meets his fourth opponent to face in the Pokemon League; the game counterpart of Molayne, which Michael was impressed in seeing again after observing his departure (during UM39) and is now starting his see the reasoning of his departure, becoming an Elite 4 member, which he confirms since Professor Kukui’s game counterpart asked him to. Molayne’s game counterpart commented on looking forward to facing both his cousin and Michael in the Pokemon League, which the young trial-goer happily replied on being first. Both trainers got ready as the young trial-goer began his battle against the Steel-Type Specialist of Alola’s Elite 4: The game counterpart of Molayne. At the end of the battle, the young trial-goer emerged victorious after a very tough battle against Molayne’s game counterpart’s Klefki, Alolan Dugtrio, Metagross, Magnezone, Bisharp + Michael’s Pikachu had done so well in defeating Klefki at the end by using the Steel-Type Z-Move: Corkscrew Crash. After a quick Pokemon Refresh activity, Molayne’s game counterpart congratulated the young trial-goer on his win then commented on Professor Kukui’s game counterpart finding a worthy trainer for him to face in the League with great strength. Michael complimented on Molayne’s game counterpart on still being strong since he took on the island challenge with Professor Kukui’s game counterpart back in their past, which made him feel proud as he then commented on expected nothing less of a trainer chosen by the Masked Royal’s game counterpart, which caught Michael’s attention a little but remembering a certain chat between Molayne’s and Professor Kukui’s game counterparts along with delivering a certain mask to Professor Kukui’s game counterpart (way back during UM24), which all started to be familiar to Michael, the young trial-goer may be understanding what Molayne’s game counterpart had been talking about, Molayne’s game counterpart and Michael thanked each other for a full-power battle as the young trial-goer proceeded out. As the young trial-goer succeeded in defeating the Pokemon League’s Elite 4, he noticed a glowing platform and proceeded to step onto it, which transported him to a stairwell. Michael proceeded up and arrived at a battlefield where he saw a throne-like seat, which he decided to sit into. Looking around while sitting in the throne-like seat, the young trial-goer is starting to feel like he may have finally accomplished in making it to the top of the Pokemon League, which also left his Rotom Dex very excited.

At that moment, Michael spoke to himself in thanking Incineroar, Toucannon, Lycanroc, Pikachu, and his newly-evolved Naganadel for all their hard work in battling Alola’s Elite 4 but he felt bad in not using his sixth Pokemon on hand (Necrozma) during the whole Pokemon League challenge and began to wonder since he is sitting in front of a battlefield, if there was another battle he must take on in the League (is there…).

To Be Continued

(Next: UM46)

Answer: Molayne's game counterpart

Lesson Notes: For the fifth time since UM36, an imaginary episode didn’t end at a Pokemon Center as Michael Lettman had to end it at a pause somewhere after the events of facing the Elite 4 before being all set to allow Alolan Michael to continue with a very important battle, which may be similar with the real Pokemon anime when they ended an episode during a Pokemon League Conference arc of many episodes.
