Michael’s “Poke Problem”: Michael had to deal with 5 of the same Pokemon species, what were they called? Choices: The Shieldon Five, The Ditto Five, The Lileep Five, The Diglett Five (Answer Revealed Below) (Exp. Share: Off) Note: It was originally titled & saved as “Proceed Toward Konikoni City!” but Michael Lettman didn't mind improvising the title to make it a little better.

UM19's Documentation ("Plot")

Michael decided to turn off his Exp. Share for some upcoming training with a certain new Totem Pokemon Friend of his. Michael then entered Diglett’s Tunnel where he saw the game counterpart of Kahuna Olivia and met up with her. When Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart asked Michael how he was doing with his trials, he showed her the 3 crystals that he earned from clearing his Akala trials which she was impressed with, especially from seeing his Grassium Z from Mallow’s game counterpart’s trial. Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart informed Michael that she’ll be waiting for him at her shop in Konikoni City as they’re both looking forward to the grand trial. Michael battled with his Totem-sized Alolan Raticate for the first time against a Shieldon trainer, which they managed to defeat. After battling a few wild Pokemon to train with Raticate, Michael met 2 members of the Aether Foundation, which he was actually intrigued with. From what the 2 Aether Foundation employees inform him before they left, Michael is now aware of Team Skull’s involvement in messing around in Diglett’s Tunnel. With his Raticate, Michael defeated some more wild Pokemon, then a trainer’s 2 Alolan Diglett, and even an Archen trainer, which all resulted in Raticate gaining enough Exp. Points to level up. Michael saw Team Skull and is ready to face them once again but Hau’s game counterpart showed up and is gonna face them alongside Michael. At the end, Hau’s game counterpart and Michael have taken down Team Skull’s Pokemon with their Eevee as Team Skull fled away. Hau’s game counterpart and Michael thanked each other for their victory and Hau’s game counterpart gave Michael a Max Ether for his journey then they parted from each other as Michael exited Diglett’s Tunnel. Arriving onto Route 9, Michael meets Looker (his game counterpart) who has done some traveling for private reasons. He mentioned that he purchased an unusual stone from Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart’s shop, which Michael finds a little surprising. The game counterpart of Looker mentioned how there are no intentions for creating a new world or liberating Pokemon from their trainers within Alola, which was very good for knowing about. Looker’s game counterpart gave Michael a Thunderstone to excuse him for holding him up to hear his long speaking, which Michael didn’t mind. After Looker’s game counterpart departed, Michael arrived at Route 9’s Police Station where an officer informed him that his partner was acting strange so Michael went to see him only to discover that the other officer was actually a wild Ditto disguising itself as a human. After defeating the Ditto with Torracat, the officer figured out that the wild Ditto was part of the Ditto Five who don’t mean no harm but they tend to disguise themselves as humans which messes with people’s relationships thus making them posted as wanted Pokemon.

After the real other officer showed up, the first officer thanked Michael for his help with one of the Ditto from the Ditto Five. The officer then asked Michael to help out with the rest of the Ditto Five around Konikoni City which he accepted and was informed that he’ll be rewarded for his cooperation. The officer gave Michael the option of either defeat or catch the Ditto then report back to him (Michael chose to defeat all of the Ditto Five) and Michael also received info about a Ditto’s involvement with a herb seller.

After Michael departed from the police station, he and his Torracat defeated a Herdier trainer then he and his Raticate defeated a trainer’s Chinchou and Tentacool. After training with his Raticate through some fishing at a fishing spot, Michael arrived at Konikoni City and took a little stroll to see everything. Michael then saw a herb seller, which made him curious if it was a Ditto and it was. So Michael took down the Ditto with Eevee, which allowed it to gain enough Exp. Points to level up as the real herb seller arrived back. Michael noticed a gentleman who after seeing Michael has a Z-Power Ring, asked Michael to show him his full power in battle, which can help give him some motivation that he needs to confess his feelings towards someone. As Michael accepted his request, he managed to show his opponent the Flying-Type Z-Move: Supersonic Skystrike, which allowed Cha (Michael’s Hawlucha) to defeat the gentleman’s Clamperl.

As the gentleman thanked Michael for the battle then gave him a Max Revive, he was motivated to take care of confessing his feelings to a woman that he liked but she turned him down, which he was okay with since he still got to confess as he departed to find another love of his life, which Michael finds a little disturbing (with no offense). After collecting a Totem Sticker, Michael went back to Route 9’s police station where he informed the officer about his defeat on one of the Ditto Five that was disguised as a herb seller which the officer was grateful for and rewarded Michael for taking care of that. The officer and Michael are aware that even though Ditto can transform into humans, it can’t speak the human language because it’s still a Pokemon. Michael then received info about a wild Ditto’s involvement with a chef at Konikoni City’s restaurant.

After a round of training with Raticate at a fishing spot, Michael went into the restaurant where he saw a chef and managed to see that it was a Ditto of the Ditto Five. That Ditto got defeated by Michael and his Raticate who gained enough Exp. Points to level up and even learn a new move as well then the real chef arrived to see that the restaurant was still ongoing as he discovered from Michael about Ditto’s involvement.

After enjoying a meal at the restaurant, Michael collected another Totem Sticker, which led to Samson Oak’s game counterpart contacting him through Rotom Dex to inform Michael that another Totem Pokemon was available to be received, which led to Michael saying that he’s still sticking with the one Totem Pokemon that he’s currently training with but Samson Oak’s game counterpart is still open to wait for him just in case. Michael went back to Route 9’s police station where he informed the officer about his defeat of another one of the Ditto Five that was disguised as a chef at the restaurant, which led to Michael getting rewarded again and received info about a Ditto’s involvement with a lomi lomi massager.

After another round of training with Raticate at a fishing spot, Michael went up to the lomi lomi massager who (as expected) was a Ditto as it then got defeated by Michael and his Lycanroc. After the real lomi lomi massager arrived back at her stand, Michael allowed her to give his Eevee a nice lomi lomi massage, which Eevee had enjoyed. Michael went back to Route 9’s police station where he informed the officer about his defeat on one of the Ditto Five that was disguised as the lomi lomi massager, which once again led to Michael getting rewarded again and learned that there’s only 1 remaining Ditto of the Ditto Five but the officer had no clues about it then mentioned about Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart staring out at the water.

After another round of training with Raticate at a fishing spot, Michael noticed Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart only to find out that she was the final remaining Ditto as it was then defeated by Michael and his Lycanroc. Michael went back to Route 9’s police station where he informed the officer about his defeat of the final Ditto of the Ditto Five that was disguised as Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart, which really surprised the officer then he gave Michael a final reward plus a Focus Band to thank him for all his help. The officer explained to Michael about wondering if there were Ditto that can understand human language showing up and how if some people were to be swapped with Ditto without anyone knowing, which Michael finds a little curious and noticed a little suspension on the other officer who had been watching his partner’s chat with Michael. Some more training with Raticate through fishing resulted in gaining enough Exp. Points for Raticate to level up. Michael finally arrived in Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart’s shop where a Pokemon called Probopass handed Michael a letter, which explained that due to a change of plans, Kahuna Olivia’s game counterpart shall wait for Michael at the Ruins of Life which he understood then Probopass kindly gave a Max Potion, which Michael thanked it for as well as the letter.

Michael learned that Pokemon Fossils can be purchased at the shop so he decided to buy one, which was the Dome Fossil as it was a Fossil Pokemon from Kanto (which is where Michael was from before moving to Alola).

After recovering his team at Konikoni City’s Pokemon Center, Michael took a visit to the Alola Photo Club where he and some of his Pokemon Friends took wonderful photos together plus Michael even decorated a photo of him and Torracat which looked great. After a final round of training through fishing, both Raticate and Eevee have gained enough Exp. Points to level up (+ Eevee learned a new move). Arriving back at Konikoni City’s Pokemon Center, Michael sold some items at the PokeMart then purchased some much-needed Hyper Potions. After some relaxing at the Pokemon Center Cafe, Michael and his Pokemon Friends are looking forward to their Akala Island grand trial.

The young trial-goer even turned his Exp. Share back on from knowing that all the separative training has worked out well so he can now get back with having his whole team earn Exp. Points together when they’re ready to set off for the Ruins of Life.
